We had a fantastic evening at The Alchemist Salford Quays. The venue itself is amazing, with a great atmosphere and a unique setting that made it perfect for our group. A special mention goes to Sammy, our server, who was excellent throughout the evening. He was incredibly knowledgeable about both the food and drinks menu, made some great recommendations, and was engaging and attentive without ever being intrusive. His service really enhanced the experience. The cocktails were outstanding – not only did they taste great, but the presentation was spectacular and added a real sense of theatre

We recently visited The Alchemist at Manchester Quayside and had an absolutely amazing time! The atmosphere was great, and the whole evening felt really special. ​The food was a massive highlight. I ordered the Lobster Mac & Cheese, and it tasted absolutely incredible, rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. My husband had the burger (served with a generous portion of fries), which he said was very nice and hit the spot perfectly.
