We came here for some sharing plates and they surpassed expectations! The sizes of plates are great and everything we had was of exceptional quality - would recommend the Korean chicken bites, onion rings and pardon peppers! Also good deals on drinks, friendly staff and a super nice interior, definitely will be coming again.

Popped in for Father’s Day lunch. Got a free pint as a welcome. Had roast dinners all were massive and fresh. Wife’s half chicken could feed two. Our butternut squash roast was delicious couldn’t fault. Friendly service. Only negative gents loos a bit dark need brighter lights. Overall throughly recommend

The food was amazing. I can’t fault that at all. Steak cooked as I ordered. Bar service brilliant too, reasonable selection of beers including a Yorkshire Lager “Madri”. One cask, a few indie beers too, and Portobello who the place is tied to. Slightly slow at clearing the plates after food service. Music actually too quiet as the pub got busier.
