Mixed experience: some days staff are friendly and some days rude depends on their mood the Eastern European staff is very rude lady but the new staff ladies seem very nice visited 20th April 2026 on a weekday around 14.00hrs not busy plenty of space and seating outside paid for cornetto ice cream £3.60 and cuppacino £4.00ish expensive but once in a while treat kiosk is closed in April that’s surprising

Very unfortunate experience, for 2 cappuccino and 2 single expresso we waited more than 15 min as they had mistaken the order before! When they did the 2 expresso’s they maid it double despite we ordered singles, when my husband told them they just threw a bot out of the two cups and hand them over to him … saying is the same … this is not acceptable as service!

Coffee and food were great. There is lots of seating both inside and out. I visited on a cold January day, so wanted to sit inside. I was surprised to see how full it was! I waited about 10 minutes to get a seat. There were lots of parents with very young children, so not that peaceful, but that's fine. It was nice to see them all out socialising :)

I made an error on my order thinking it was a chicken burger etc and the lady was confused and became dismissive and spoke in her language which I understood. And proceeded to pass me onto her colleague who asked me repeatedly what I wanted which I found myself speaking to absolute rude people who were intentionally trying to wind me up. I decided to walk out as I can see the loud shouting from both women was just unacceptable customers services and demeaning. Let's be mindful there's children present and the service within this domain provided by the staff is appalling and the staff should f
