I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Costa Coffee and felt it deserved a proper review. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. I visited and asked what was the difference between the new signature latte coffee and a normal Latte. Was told that there is a bit more coffee is a small signature latte but the medium And large have the same ingredients. But yet it’s 35p more. Just the milk is poured different. 🥴 Also the men’s toilet is awful it stinks of urine and the floor is pealing away and dirty tissues on the floor. It need major renovation not just a clean.

Popped in on a hot day for a toastie and a cold drink. Couldn’t do bubble frappe, NO bubbles, couldn’t do strawberry frappe, no strawberry syrup . Couldn’t do strawberry anything cold , no syrup. Walked out. Staff attitude very poor and disinterested. Poor show Costa
