Ordered through uber eats as we are visiting and have no idea where places are thought it would be easier but in hindsight it wasn’t one whole meal missing from the order even though the receipt was on the bag!!!!! so complained through uber a refund was given tried calling but the number connected to website is just a London number and no one answers, reordered the meal on uber as we have no food so thought give the benefit of the doubt ordered an hour ago and still not even here will definitely avoid on future visits edit it eventually turnt up stone cold and look like some just chucked the

I thought I’d enjoy a Friday treat and visited kfc. Fast service and quality food. I chose to dine in and had little to no wait. Unfortunately the issue was with other customers. A young group came in, instantly disrupting the quiet atmosphere. I continued to enjoy my food but found one quite rude to the staff. Watching the poor young lady at the till trying to handle them on her own was difficult. They were asked to leave by other members of staff but the behaviour continued. I’m now hesitant to dine in again. No fault of the staff but other selfish customers!

Ordered through uber eats, my delivery driver was lovely but I don’t know what kfc have done to the chicken, I got the boneless ones and every piece was chewy and stringy, I couldn’t finish it. It had no flavour and I’m so disappointed because it use to be so nice
