Came in at 11 starving in a rush to get home . Ordered a 9 pound 9 nugget meal with sweet and sour . Mmm yum but they decided NO NO not today you get a cold cheese burger . And even better we can get the sauce right .

Popped in for lunch today but there was nothing fast about this fast food outlet. It was extremely busy so we waited over 10 minutes for our food. Staff were friendly and trying their best but at times looked stretched or new to the job, which didn't help. When we got our food it was as it should be but if you're in a real hurry it would be quicker to make a packed lunch!! 🙄 I feel I can only score 3 stars due to the time it took for our order to arrive. I felt sorry for the staff who looked like they were running round like headless chickens at times. Update; Just returned to McDonald's at

It was late sunday evening and the place was quiet. About 10 customers in total, 4 of them were waiting for food. The guy serving us had zero basic customer service skills and he really didn't want to be there. He walked slow, no effort or desire to deal with customers. We waited 35 for our food, which was stone cold. McFlurry's were melted. We mentioned this to him, but he couldn't care less. Awful service, awful food. He made us feel we were there only to ruin his evening!

Be aware. Visited on Sat 2nd August via the drive thru. On getting home, the order was wrong and I received a Big Mac with a bite taken out of it! McDonald’s manager apologized and gave refund. The investigation took a day and they denied it was a bite taken from the Burger. Absolutely disgusting. Do not use this business.
