I’m disappointed to say that this place has gone down hill to what it used to be went in today ordered 2hot chocolates not only was I disappointed that they were served in paper cups while sitting in but they where watery and warm I can safely say that Costa coffee really has gone down hill since the Covid it’s a crying shame really used to love costas but sadly not the only Costa coffee store I’ve had disappointment from but sadly my last

I would like to share my delightful and pleasant experience iv had at your sale Branch, a lady called Jenny was serving and went above and beyond with customer service and help recommend a perfect drinks choice and service was with a smile and was happy to help me. Was closest coffee shop and no queue so I tried this store. Woman at the till saw me, just me one customer, and then decided to clean tables. The cake back over and said "HOT OR COLD DRINK?!" I said "cold" "What do you want?" (I usually go Starbucks, so I just asked for a chocolate frappe with coffee in) "So a mocha?!" The woman said like I was stupid I said "well yeah kinda but a cold one, so a chocolate frappe with coffee" Woman rolled her eyes, I'd had enough, walked out and gone to Starbucks where they are ALWAYS lovely 😍😍😍✨

A warm and friendly cafe. The staff are amazing and Jen, the manager, goes above and beyond. The cafe is clean and well organized. It's no wonder that people keep returning - there are many regulars!
