Following on from a really bad recent experience (when my entire order never arrived), I decided to give Pizza Hut Salisbury another chance! What a big mistake!! My online Delivery time was quoted as 1237 for my order, however by 1330 it had still not arrived. I then called the hut in Salisbury, only to be told that it would be another 20 minutes!! The delivery driver then rang me himself saying that he was in a car park somewhere, and he couldn’t find my house!! (Which is on a Main Street and easy to find!) Order has been wrong EVERYTIME for the past year. Pizza hut itself is good. But bad employees, ultimately down to bad management. Additional toppings are rarely even bothered with. Desserts and drinks are almost always mixed/swapped. Understandable here and there but not for 9/10 orders. 5 different orders I have not recieved the item I paid for. Annoying but a refund is ok, except I asked for this and provided all the details asked by customer care. Phoned up 3 times spoke to manager just to hear "itll be sent now" after 5 months of waiting I still havent recieved anything. Still awaiting a
