I recently visited the store and had a very positive experience overall. The shop was clean, well-organised, and stocked with a good variety. What stood out the most was the excellent customer service. Esha at the checkout was friendly, patient, and made the payment process quick and smooth. She greeted customers warmly and handled everything with a smile, which really made a difference. Overall, I would highly recommend this store for both its quality products and the outstanding service provided by its staff.

Staff asked me to give a good review for a freebie. We purchased the party bucket so already had loads of fries, a drink and sides - they didnt have one of our chosen sides however so had to pick something we didnt really want. I asked for the dirty fries as the 'freebie' and the woman just kept saying 'normal fries only'. She repeated this about 5 times before just walking off and not coming back. Im not surprised at this however, Sittingbourne KFC has the worst reputation but someone said it had improved which is why we chose to go. I can confirm, it has not improved. They wouldnt be bribing

The flavor is what you’d expect, but the experience depends entirely on when you go. Service tends to crawl during the lunch rush, and it’s common to get home only to realize they forgot your napkins or a side dish. It’s a convenient option, but you definitely need to double-check your bag before leaving.

I was really disappointed with the experience. I had to stand and wait for my KFC order for 30 minutes, which felt far too long. The service seemed slow and unorganized, and no one kept me updated about the delay. I hope the staff can improve their efficiency and communication in the future.
