Really nice cafe/bakery. Excellent service with equally great food. Came here with my Mum whilst doing a little bit of Christmas shopping. Staff were very friendly and attentive, my Mum has a tomato allergy which they took note of when taking our order making sure it stood out on the ticket. Food was fresh and cooked to order which excellent produce. I had the full English and strawberry milkshake the photos do not do it justice. My mum had a cheese omelette and a latte from f which she says is the best she has had in a long time. The staff were lovely welcoming and friendly, the restaurant

Received a delicious custom cake for my birthday. My partner ordered a cake through the owner who not only had the cake made but used a recipe we requested which they don’t normally make. They really went above and beyond for us from the ordering to the delivery nothing was too hard for them. Whole experience was just wonderful and the cake was delicious.

We had such a disappointing experience. The server outside was incredibly rude and acting like every mistake made by them was our fault. We were told to pay after our meal (we sat outside) by the till girl and then a server came out with an extremely rude attitude about how we might ‘dine and dash’. We didn’t even have any food on our table yet. We were happy to go in and pay, but when we did they have given away the cake I ordered (which was the last slice). This not a problem, but after this they then also forgot to tell me they didn’t have the meal I ordered. Instead they told my partner

I've been going to Paceys weekly for the last few years. Lee and Tyler the chefs are brilliant, always coming up with great recipes. The service from Emma, Kylie, Jill and the team is excellent. I highly recommend it. It's a great family run business who bake the best bread around Lincolnshire.
