Went today for a Coffee and a bite to eat for breakfast. Queue a mile long and as per a previous visit only one till in the cafe in operation. Left and went and spent my money in a local business. Third time I've done this. Need to get your staffing levels sorted

What a pity the poor staff in the cafe are so stretched. The cafe is popular and always busy, but unfortunately there is never enough people serving. It would be so much more efficient if there were 2 people at each station.. one to take the orders and one to make the drinks. Saturday afternoon there were long queues and the poor staff were overwhelmed.
