Wayne Cooper★Went today for a Coffee and a bite to eat for breakfast. Queue a mile long and as per a previous visit only one till in the cafe in operation. Left and went and spent my money in a local business. Third time I've done this. Need to get your staffing levels sorted
Martin Dunkley★★★★★Came for a suit for a funeral - I don’t normal dress myself, my wife’s in charge of that. But at this time with all that’s going on I couldn’t have asked for a better service representative than Sue. Honestly a wonderful credit to the store x
Olivia★★★★★Fantastic customer service from Bev today that went above and beyond for me. I was feeling frazzled in the bra fitting rooms and she approached to see if I needed help. Found out I've been wearing completely the wrong size and have purchased 3 new bras thanks to Bev, all soooo comfortable and supportive. Thank you so much!
Ann Andrews★★★What a pity the poor staff in the cafe are so stretched. The cafe is popular and always busy, but unfortunately there is never enough people serving. It would be so much more efficient if there were 2 people at each station.. one to take the orders and one to make the drinks. Saturday afternoon there were long queues and the poor staff were overwhelmed.
