I tried to contact the restaurant before posting this, but no one answered the phone. The basics of any food business are simple: Get the order right Keep hair and bodily contamination out of food Cook the food properly Unfortunately, this place failed on all three. I ordered two double sausage and egg McMuffins, but both arrived as plain egg McMuffins. Even the receipt didn’t match what was delivered. the food is like any other mc donald’s however the service is poor, i was videoing my mate as he was making the group laugh and the manger came over and told me of for filming i said oaky no problem however then when they called my order out i got my food thrown down carelessly without a word, the continued to watch my mates get a thank you. not just this but the manager was rude to the delivery drivers to after all of this i was ready to eat my food but then found out i had a flat coke and it tasted like pure sparkling water and food was missing items

Usually good place but I came in with my twin and we specifically ordered a quarter pounder with NO cheese. When we got it we found cheese on it. Also I have had a mcrispy from here and it just tasted of soap. Luckily they did let me get a free burger but there service is not always great.👍

Visited this evening with my daughter after she had just been to A&E in hospital (staff obviously didn’t know this) but the security guard made such a fuss, entertaining her and making her smile along with another lovely lady who was clearing the tables! Both deserve a special mention and are a credit to the store!
