We have been regular customers since 2020 and the team are lovely! They know our drinks, always time for a quick word and a smile and we cannot fault them at all. The drinks are consistent so you know what you’re getting… the food is always delivered well and promptly … we feel welcomed every time we visit and will continue to be regular customers. Long-standing daily customer, but a very disappointing visit. A reasonable coffee request was dismissed, hot milk was handled unsafely and splashed onto me, and when I later raised a calm complaint the manager became aggressive and told me to leave, even threatening to call the police. Completely out of line with Costa’s usual standards

I came in for a hot drink i though ill treat myself after shopping. This is the second time I've come in and my hot chocolate wasn't nice just milky. I won't be coming to this branch any more because this is the second time this happened very disappointed

Much better than Lidl, more space, but not having an on site bakery and a nightmare car park let's it down. Queues in and out of the car park, might settle down when it's not so new. Space inside is great and man
