I ordered a drink and Italian style chicken hot wrap. The tortilla of the wrap was to hard to bite in places, also top of the wrap was soggy and stack to the paper wrap. was not tasty at all.

When the closing time is 5.30 and there are customers eating and drinking upstairs No seating downstairs And I try to access upstairs at 4.45 I think it’s poor service to tell me they have ‘blocked access’ whilst there is 45 minutes remaining I won’t be visiting this store again due to the poor attitude of the staff

Not the best Pret , there is a new coffee shop opened a meter or so away, they are busy, probably because the service in Pret Uxbridge is a mess. Do better Uxbridge Pret!!!
