I visited this morning and was genuinely shocked by how HOT it was inside. There appeared to be no air conditioning, and the staff were visibly sweating and clearly uncomfortable. Despite the conditions, every member of the team remained friendly, professional and worked incredibly hard. The staff deserve far better than this. It is unacceptable to expect employees to work in these conditions, especially while preparing food and drinks and serving customers all day.
