I’ve been a regular at this store for a good few years now, however I felt drawn to write a review as I can really see strong improvement over the past year. The staff are all amazing and the management really do the best to charm all customers and make the place comforting and nice to visit. I have a lot of different cafes I could visit near me yet I realise I still find myself coming back to this one. I couldn’t recommend this Starbucks enough - drinks are top tier and one of the cleanest ones I have been to!

Great coffee and a lovely atmosphere, nice relaxing music too. The staff are friendly and welcoming. If any customer has a problem, they're all quick and obliging in fixing things. The only downside we notice is sometimes, usually when they're busy, the tables struggle to be cleared. The new manager has made a positive impact to the site. It's always a happy place when you visit. A fantastic place for a reasonably priced beverage and chill.

A great Starbucks, inside looks so chic and clean the staff were really friendly. I got a matcha iced white chocolate and I was served by the manager Ash great overall experience she helped with my dietary needs as well

Getting worse every time now. Staff REALLY don’t care. Dirty, and un-stocked every time so I guess the managers or franchisees are determined to cut costs. Single person on shift so of course the “washing machine” doesn’t work because they can’t do everything. Ends up costing the franchise more in cups, bags etc Nice set up with plenty of relaxed seating. Comfortable and easy going place. Lots of people clearly come as groups to sit and chat. Coffee and food is as expected from Starbucks and service is adequate. Still a bit hit or miss and still suffers at the weekend from tables not being
