The customer service was terrible. The staff (black haired girl) was very rude we asked for latte she made it so hot we I couldnt drink it at all, my mouth was burned. but the one with glasses was nice.

Love this Cafe Nero! Especially John, and the Irish girl with the stars in her hair, along with the manager, they're so friendly and happy to chat. I come in here several times a week and I'm always greeted with a smile, great service, great tasting coffee and generally amazing vibes. I love the current Halloween vibes and the decorations. They're also very dog friendly which is a bonus. This is my go to coffee shop ☕ Love love love
