Weekend crew and weekday crew are entirely different. Barely any cream cheese on a bagel on the weekend. Went back, asked for a normal amount of cream cheese and this picture is what I got. I can make better bagels at home so that’s what I will do from now on. Also asked for extra egg on an additional sandwich, did not have additional egg. Another woman came in while we were there because she got the wrong size drink. Replaced an order at the Dunkin at 230 S. Easton Rd location and it was done correctly. If the weekend crew at this location operated like the weekday crew, there wouldn’t be any

What a horrible place to visit. I stopped in here because I had an extra few minutes before a job and thought the sourdough sandwich looked good. Well for $5+ the picture speaks for itself. The people in there are rude, didnt say hello, didnt greet me and after standing there for 2 minutes (store empty) a cashier walked up to me and just looked at me. No hello, no can I help you, nothing. I asked for a sourdough sandwich and they just looked at me waiting for payment. Not anything else or your total is.... And this is the piece of crap they served me. Cheese cold and two small pieces of bacon

Two stars for speed of service and ok for coffee in a pinch but anything heated always tastes like burned plastic. There's something, dirty, contaminated or burned in their oven.

We have been going to this Dunkin for years, and usually the service is fine. However, today was a different story. We purchased two cold brews, but both of our drinks were noticeably watered down. We could see something was wrong with them, and tasting them confirmed the problem. We went to the cashier and expressed our concern that either this was not a cold brew, or there was something wrong with the cold brew. The young man behind the counter was immediately dismissive of our concerns, emphatically stating that he made the cold brew and there was nothing wrong with it. We pushed back, show
