We used the drive thru on our way out of Florida and having 7 of us the order was large and the staff was very friendly and didn’t treat us like an inconvenience. Everything was hot and fresh and the coffees were perfect. They were also very fast considering and we barely waited once we got the window a major plus!

I put in an order through the app. The Uber driver went the wrong way (another story) so took about 20 minutes to get there instead of 3 minutes. When I arrived, the two drinks were ready but the food wasn't. I asked about it and they said they didn't have the specialty donut I purchased. They gave me a different one but had an additude when I asked to get a different (less expensive) one. No refund on the difference, less than a dollar but still. I had to ask for the rest of the food and they told me I didn't order food. They had to look at the receipt and then went to make it. Took a
