This McDonald’s always comes through. The staff is fast, professional, and actually friendly, which makes a big difference. My order was accurate, hot, and fresh, and the drive-thru moved quickly even during busy hours. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, and you can tell the team works efficiently together. It’s nice to see consistency and good customer service these days. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s locations I’ve been to. I’ll be back.

This is one of the worst stores I have ever been too. Try to give them chance after chance to get an order right. Pay extra to add a lettuce and onions to something and the manager gets petty enough to literally put one onion and one piece of lettuce. Something needs to change at this location.

I dropped off my granddaughter and great-grandkids to get some breakfast yesterday. I went to Kroger to gas up and then to the carwash. I was expecting them to be ready to walk out the door when I got there. Wrong! They had only just taken their order and 2 customers left and one asked for a refund due to the slow service. They said it was because of a nearby one closed. Ok, they been in business long enough to foresee what was happening and should have made some adjustments such as hiring more staff for that location. They finally got their order after waiting nearly another 15 minutes. They

We placed our order at the self-service machines, but they weren’t working—so we didn’t get receipts or order numbers. After waiting quite a while without any of the staff even acknowledging us, we reported the issue and were told, “the machines aren’t working.” Yet somehow, they were working just fine to process payments. We ended up giving our order verbally, but by then more than 20 minutes had passed. Since they didn’t know what we had ordered, we had to repeat everything multiple times. We finally received our food after more than a 30-minute delay. There was only one person handling food
