genuinely the worst panda express in florida and maybe the country. they never ever have their orders together or anything together. this store needs new management or to be shut down and everyone fired. staff is not only incompetent but rude as well, like pick a struggle please. i don’t know how every other panda express has it together except this one. i don’t know why they don’t turn off their online orders since they clearly can’t handle them. doordash orders need to be filled before the dasher comes in, or by whoever is there arriving. too many orders being filled for people who aren’t ev

The worst customer service! Found a bug in my food. I took the food back and got a refund. My annoyance is in the way the matter was handled. The manager without an acknowledgement, apology, or empathy just took the receipt did the refund and had me wait. Kudos to Octavio who handled it the proper way. He listened, acknowledged and understood my frustration, and apologized for the situation. I know that nothing could be done but don't pretend nothing happened.

i stopped by to pick up my order before work and simply asked if the sauce for my crab rangoons was in the bag. I wasn’t being rude — I just wanted to double-check because sauces are often forgotten and I didn’t want to have to come back. One employee asked the person who packed the order, and she responded with “I don’t know, I made that like 10 orders ago,” which already felt dismissive. I said it was fine, and another employee kindly offered to grab sauce for me.
