To Wendy’s Corporate office, I’m beyond furious and you need to hear this, your General Manager (Baubacar Mbengue) at location (516 E Altamonte Dr Altamonte Springs, FL 32701) turned a simple sauce request into a full-blown nightmare and now I’m banned from your store for life over fifty cents. I went through the drive-thru. No sauce came with my nuggets. I went inside calmly asked for some. Baubacar Mbengue (GM), instead of fixing it, demanded I pay fifty cents like I’m trying to rob the place. I said that’s ridiculous for a missing item, and he escalated: started yelling, told me to leave,

At this location, they are out of multiple things, including napkins. The main bathroom sink in the women’s bathroom does that work? You have to use the Handicap sink. And then we ordered burgers that taste like they just boiled them in grease very disgusting and presentation was terrible. There was grease all over the outside and inside of the packages and our buns were really soggy. The fries were not well done even though we asked for well done and fresh and the customer service here was not great. The set up of location is nice and how the inside looks is good and for $34 for two burgers,

I was there today for breakfast this morning literally like 20 minutes ago, until now i’ve never had any problems with the staff, y’all are genuinely so sweet and consistent. Today me and my partner came through the drive through and we said “hi! Good morning.” And the young lady at the drivethrough was very dismissive and said, “Can you pull forward.” And we do, waiting for some of our food and she comes out again and gives us SOME of it, forgetting one of our coffees.
