The customer service is always top notch, and the Banana Bread Mocha is easily one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. Very disappointing experience this morning. While the energy drink itself was fine, the customer service I experienced was very poor. The female employee, wearing a black sweatshirt and a nose piercing, came across as extremely rude and unfriendly. All in all, the experience was disappointing enough that it made me question whether I would return to this location. Will be following up with management with specifics. Case # 00163317

I attended 7 brew this morning with my dog. She is a very high energy dog, and gets very excited around people. Usually, at other coffee drive throughs- the works seem annoyed with the excitement of my dog. The 7 brew Ankeny workers this morning were so kind, and patient. You can tell they want to be there, and care about giving off great customer service. They had my drinks out of the window ready to go before i even pulled up to the last window. Thank you 7 brew!!

This was our first time through a 7 Brew. We weren't really sure what to expect but could see that it's just a drive-thru. The lines were long but we joined the queue anyway because we were in dire need of caffeine for a road trip. They had two lanes going--with attendants outside at each one. One person would take your order and payment while the next would get the drinks ready. It's a pretty efficient system. The coffee was pretty good!
