This McDonald’s will have you waiting from 15 to 20 minutes for your orders and will tell you sorry we just have a long line through drive-through that we have to attend first think twice before coming here, not once did they come out to apologize three people in front of me went ahead and left mind you they were elderly people which made me feel bad. Customer service here will be receiving one star Was trying to feed my daughter and pay for my meal because it was ordered and the terminal was not taking my card!!

I like their breakfast the most on their menu. I grew up going to McDonalds for breakfast every Saturday morning with my dad in Glendora. So, I have a nostalgic taste for their pancakes and sausage. Yes, we can make better pancakes at home. But these are good to me. I do really like their mcgriddle sandwiches, which are easy to eat on the road. This location isn't the highest level of service. They do seem to keep the drive thru moving. But as I and others have problems using their app, I go inside and use their kiosk. I do see people try to order at the front. They are

I placed a DoorDash order They did not even give me the right flavor of a frosty. They didn’t give me no sauce, no napkins, no straws. My food was cold. The buns were stale. The meat wasn’t fully cooked, and the fries were stiffer than a board. My DoorDash order was over $60 and I did not mean to pay for this. I need a refund ASAP. i’m so disgusted with your company
