wanted to leave a review for Fatima at Dunkin’. She was the cashier and server during my visit and provided excellent customer service. She was very personable, quick with my order, and the store itself was clean and well maintained. What stood out most, though, was that Fatima was the only employee working while the air conditioning in the store was not functioning. It was obviously extremely hot inside, yet she still remained professional, kind, and attentive to customers. This is the second time my husband and I purchased a half dozen box of donuts. Once via the Dunkin app and this time using UberEats. I was hopeful this time around they would have removed the unavailable items from the selection. But after speaking with a team member to confirm, they accepted the order knowing it’s unavailable. I attempted to contact UberEats, but if I were to cancel on my end I would be charged for a cancellation fee. Overall horrible customer service as I am paying for an unwanted order. This location does not have a drive through, walk in only. The store is clean and staff is friendly. Service can be a little slow and depending on the time of day staffing can be short. Overall, not bad. I have been here several times on different days of the week and different times of day and my experience has been consistent.

This used to be our favorite location until a newer one opened up elsewhere. Tried it for an old fashioned donut and small de-caff. Coff served a bit cold. Otherwise good service. They do give a senior discount which the other newer franchise does not.
