This specific location has been the worst I have visited. Customer service was weak but services provided were way worse. My order was fairly simple but made incorrectly. I directly watched the barista intentionally pour shots out and give me weak flavored water in my Hyperspace that literally only tasted like chilled coconut milk diluted with water. When I asked her to throw away the paper for the straw she said "Oh, no! We can't take outside trash!" And closed the window. I would understand a crappy attitude and drink if it was complicated but I ordered a blended Hyperspace with coconut milk

Ordered a white mocha and 3 shots of espresso. The girl put all the shots in the mocha. When I pointed out that I ordered the shots separately she told me she would have to charge me again to remake the coffee. She said the company is cracking down on having to remake drinks. If they get your order wrong you are just stuck with it I guess.

The barista was AMAZING. However, It's sad that she was the ONLY person was working. I place and order to be ready at 10:58 and I dint get my drink until 11:30. I even walked up and was ignored. Then as we FINALLY got to the window 20 minutes later, is when we realized that she was alone. This is ridiculous. My husband was almost late for work. I am not frustrated with the barista, frustrated as they make her work alone. At least extend the pick up times reflecting being short staffed Simple. Yes, I would have drove off if I hadn't already ordered a drink.

I’m from San Antonio and I love a nice coffee stand! Here to visit family and came across this cute coffee shop! Zandy and crew helped satisfy my caffeine addiction lol ! Extremely fast service. The location is very convenient. I tried a couple drinks and even asked to make me a 4th of July theme drink and Zandy came through.. 😍 My drink was exactly what I expected and exactly how I ordered it. The drinks here are delicious. The staff is also extremely warm and pleasant to deal with. This is a drive-thru coffee shop. Great pick me up!!
