Just left this location and will not be going back. The two blonde women (one short hair and one long hair) working were extremely rude. If you are going to have an attitude and be unfriendly to customers then find a different job.

Dear Gravity Coffee Corporate/Management Team, I am writing to file a complaint regarding repeated issues at your Canyon Road location that have left me disappointed and frustrated after years of patronage. Background: I am a loyal, long-term customer who purchases the same drink almost daily from Gravity Coffee locations throughout Washington (Kent, Covington, Federal Way, Auburn, Tacoma, Puyallup, Parkland, and Lakewood). Unfortunately this weekend at the Fredrickson location they were giving away free coffee which caused a major driveway area nightmare. I think this was a very nice idea but not handled the best way. I had an appointment at one of the businesses in this area and it took forever to get to my destination. No it wasn’t McDonald’s. Again nice idea, just need better planning for any future events.
