Out of chicken, food cross contamination and dirty, customers not being acknowledged despite at least 5 employees doing other things. Management told me they were busy instead of stopping the table cleaning demonstration and greeting anyone. Food was inaccurate for 2 of 3 orders. Two employees appeared to be doing the majority of the work like cooking and preparing bowls. Waited 30 minutes after I saw my ticket printed and after I spoke directly to an employee then waited 25 minutes for my order to be handed to me. The email said it would be at the pick up station. I got there and there was no food at the station. I waited 10 minutes past my time. When I went to the counter to check nobody greets you and they just stare. They said they don't put the food there anymore even though there is a whole station and sign. So annoying. The food is always yummy though.

This was my first visit to this location tonight far better then I expected (used to go to the Canfield location on 224 but they never get anything right time after time) The line here was a bit long probably bc there were few workers. But the young girl on the line was very friendly, took very good care of my order & didn't skimp on portions, everything was available! Other than the cutlery being not stocked I had a very good experience, definitely will return! For the first time I was full after my meal. Management must be listening, so thank you!

Whoever was in the back doing those mobile orders is a goat. Also, the guy with pink hair has amazing customer service, and was very delightful.
