Fast, but all the tables were dirty, and the portions were super skimpy. Almost no avocado on the avocado toast and very little avocado or any other topping for that matter on the chicken, chipotle avocado, breakfast sandwich.

Extremely fast and friendly service! Our sandwiches were perfectly prepared. The staff were all very friendly. My only complaint is that the tables, chairs and benches all need to be cleaned. Most of the tables had dried food and or were covered in crumbs since they had just opened for the day there was no excuse. Night shift needs to step up on closing.

This is the dirtiest most uncomfortable dinged up crappy Panera bread I've ever been to. Paint is chipped everywhere. Stuff on the floor. Tables are filthy. I could not find a single plug for my laptop anywhere. I elected to leave and just go to Sheetz and sit in the parking lot.

I had a terrible experience at the Urbana Pike Panera today. My order was marked “ready” in an email at 7:53 AM, but when I arrived at 8:05 AM, it still wasn’t ready for pickup. I asked why I had received a “ready” notification when the order wasn’t actually prepared, and the staff simply responded, “We’re working on it. We’ll give it to you when it’s ready.” I had ordered ahead specifically to avoid being late for work, but instead my time was wasted without even an apology.
