Best pizza I’ve had in St. Louis, hands down. The deep dish at Jet’s Pizza in Ballwin is on another level. The ingredients taste incredibly fresh — it actually feels like real food made with care, not just fast pizza. Drew is an amazing guy and one of the best at what he does. You can tell he knows how to make pizza the right way. The flavor, the crust, the quality — everything is top tier. Honestly, one person can eat a 4-piece deep dish by themselves and still want more because it’s that good. 5 stars all day.

Came in on rainy wet day for lunch, first time having jets and tried the all day special 2 slices and a soda. Drew was amazing! Made completely new pizzas for me and my coworker to enjoy the special fresh out of the oven! Amazing pizza and even better customer service by Drew! 10/10

Not only is this the most bland pizza I’ve ever had, but the worst customer service from a store “manager”. My mom and I tried this for the first time and she called to speak with the manager because the toppings she paid over a dollar (each) for were hardly there. She was very polite when addressing her concern and asked for the “managers” name before getting off the phone. The response she received was “you don’t need to know my name” and she was hung up on. He was not only uninterested in trying to help, but extremely unprofessional for absolutely no reason. If you hate your job that much,

I am brand new to Jet's Pizza. I never realized it was Detroit-style pizza; I just thought it was a generic franchise brand for owners to buy into cheaply. I was completely and pleasantly surprised. The restaurant itself was very clean and even my wife and kid noted it smelled exactly like how you want a pizza place to smell. The staff were quick and courteous. And the food was fantastic and well worth a little bit of a wait.
