I ordered online and went in to pickup my order. My food was fresh, I got cheese fries and a single shack burger. Their chicken bites are so good this was my first time trying them. I got honey mustard for dipping and I really enjoyed that as well. The Oreo milkshake was the perfect consistency and a nice size. I’ll be back for sure.

By way of good fortune, I had SS at 2 locations in 3 weeks -once at Cleveland Hopkins Airport and then again at Pinecrest location. Both times - 5 STARS! Their smash burgers are really good! They know what they are doing: burgers cooked Med with sone pink; thin caramelized layer of cooked meat on each patty is perfect, visible juice and solid flavor. It looks good and tastes even better! Fries are always cooked fresh and they're hot! Highly recommend. My only complaint is the amount of avocado you get on your burger - very sad amt for $2 - would fit on a small tortilla chip. For a $12 burge

I love Shake Shack burgers and fries. But my first time having it in Pinecrest.. I ordered the new truffle burger and fries. Burger so small and was burnt (remade it) for the cost. Not worth it. But the truffles fries were good. Fast service and they will make it right if something is wrong.
