Cory Anderson★My mom visited this Hardee’s in Belleville, IL around 5:21 PM today through the drive-thru. She is in her 70s, on a fixed income, and uses a wheelchair and oxygen. She ordered a chicken sandwich with no mayo, two burgers with no pickles, and fries, totaling over $30. After receiving her order, she checked the chicken sandwich and found it had mayo. Her caregiver returned to the restaurant to report the issue. Staff said it had been corrected. Trusting that, my mom went home without rechecking everything. Once home, she discovered the chicken sandwich still had mayo, the burgers had pickles,
