I just waited 45 minutes past my pick up time for food (along with about 6 other people)…. But I have to say, the young host was really impressive! He kept everyone informed , remained positive during a stressful situation, and kept his composure. Kudos to him!! I hope he gets acknowledged by his management team As for the management team— I recommend you work a little harder making a positive impression on frustrated consumers rather than ignore them. A wait time of 45 minutes in the lobby for takeout on father’s day deserves some special attention … it’s really disappointing

Do yourself a favor and eat at any other location other than this one. Not only have they left out part of my order on my last three deliveries, this last time also left me with a terrible stomach ache and so sick. Each time I have had a delivery part of my order is missing , resulting in me driving to the store to pick up the missing items. This past order I received part of my wings with no sauce on them and fries and a side of sauce missing. I drove to the store and waited 45 minutes. By the time I was home it had been nearly 2 hours since I placed my order and the rest of my order was cold

Service was so terrible. We sat for over 15 min before the waitress came to ask if we wanted drinks, it wasn't busy when we first arrived. After we finally ordered, it was over 25 minutes before we actually got them on the table. Ordered food took a long while to get on the table as well, Madilyn (Madi) never checked on us again throughout our dining time here and didnt take our phone number to offer us the rewards. It was so beyond horrible

The food at bdubs I feel have just not been good. Chicken wings over cooked. Fries tasted old and wasn’t even warm. Ordered Mac and cheese for my 2 year old and he had one bite and refused to eat it. That was also cold. Step it up !!
