I'm really happy with my meals at this place - the staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. But the parking security is absolutely ridiculous. They weren't there when I parked, and after I stayed a bit longer than allowed, they called to complain about me and even gave my car a ticket. It was such a terrible experience - how can a restaurant have employees like that? It's not that I'm not willing to pay for parking or tip, but I just didn't see them there before 11 o'clock. The ambiance is warm and inviting (not unlike some beach resorts). The staff is what makes this place stand-out: great service, knowledgeable wait staff. I had a great brunch at this Great White location. I came specifically for the pancakes and they delivered. They were perfectly fluffy and full of flavour. The cream on top was a great addition as well. I also got poached eggs on toast on the side so I could have something savoury and I really enjoyed those as well. The only negative is my friend’s smoothie took a long time to arrive. It should have come with the rest of our food but was delayed. However, the restaurant comped it, which was appreciated.
