4pm on a Saturday afternoon and I was the only customer. Should have heeded the warning right there and then. Only two people working, the one was sitting in a booth on their cell, and the other was in some back room. Both were pleasant enough. I ordered the new BLT Frisco combo. The tables were clean appearing, from 10 feet away, but once you sat down you could see smears and grime. The food was made promptly, at least the fries were hot, unfortunately they were over salted. The burger looked like someone had sat on it. The lettuce had seen betters days, some wilting on the edges. T

If you wat to be ignored this is your place. Went through drive thru ordered. Very rude person came to window eventually took payment eventually gave my drink then eventually came back asked me to pull to the front. After 10min went inside was asked have you ordered i said yes hot ham and cheese with fries. No response no acknowledgement nothing. I left with my 11.78 medium coke.. Holly smokes thats horrible never had that kind of experience.. BTW it was 2 in afternoon on Monday.

I always order the Monster Burger no Mayo! 2 out of three times I get Mayo all over it and instead of curly fries I get regular fries. They don’t listen! Hardee’s is my favorite restaurant and I’m about to stop going to Hardee’s all together. In the mornings on Saturday and Sunday you will wait 20 minutes to get through the drive through and that’s with every 3rd car driving off. If they had proper help and some sort of organization they would get a third more business on the weekends. I came to this place with my husband and son to eat. I waited three minutes for them to take our order while they were laughing in the back kitchen. When someone finally came to the front, they didn't have the courtesy to ask what we needed; they just turned their back on us and acted like we didn't exist. We simply left. 0% customer service
