Really poor experience with takeout today. Ordered using the app and the portions were really small. The sides were packed really poorly and looked like the sour cream was packed into a container which had something else before. Tried to contact the restaurant using the app , no response. Never ordering from this location again.

After a terrible experience at another Chipotle location, I came to this restaurant hoping for a better experience. I'm glad I did. After speaking with a staff member, I received a meal that was far superior to the one I had previously received, with generous portions and outstanding customer service. I want to thank Albert for his assistance and for making things right. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were greatly appreciated.

This round employee tossed the items in, causing the bag to rip and stain clothes. They also ignored most inquiries and packed the food as they pleased. The employee who packed my food also rolled her eyes repeatedly, tossing items. Will follow through on for the damage of items.

Ugh this place has gotten so much worse over time. A few years ago, chipotle retired their “secret menu” quesadilla under the guise of consistency. And while the replacement version has always been a worse value to the consumer, it hasn’t ever been bad. Until today. I paid two extra dollars for carne asada and received half of a quesadilla. The other half was 70% a double folded tortilla and had exactly two pieces of steak in it and almost no cheese.
