Food is good but no acknowledgement whatsoever from ANY staff. I go sometimes through drive thru and Spanish lady gets it done. Today I went inside with my 2 kiddos and waited for more than 20 minutes for help. Where is the manager?? And who is the one responsible for having the team not acknowledge customers and apologize for the wait. I gave 1 star for poor service but 4 stars for the food.

5 stars for hot, fresh food. I appreciate the cooks and their hard work. However, every time I walk into this location, I'm left standing for extended periods of time with no greeting from the staff. Specifically Bessy and Gemma. I understand if another customer is being assisted, or if you're preparing a drive thru order, or delivery app order, and so forth. You can still say "Hello, I'll be right with you." Maybe the two of them don't realize it, but it's extremely rude. Especially during times when the store isn't busy. For example, the incident I'm referencing, I was the only one standing

Never had any issues with this location but after work , I decided to get Panda. This is nothing that I ordered , I ate the EGG roll I received instead of the spring rolls I ordered so I forgot to take a picture of that. I was kinda rushed through drive thru but at the moment I understood , having a long day and all. But I basically paid more money than what I got, I ordered a plate and got a bowl, no orange chicken or Veggies, not sure what the price difference on the rolls are but didn’t get spring rolls. It’s highly annoying because I live 24 minutes away . I would note to sit at the window

The atmosphere is really nice and your hostess is very friendly. The food was OK. We had to wait on the honey walnut shrimp, but when they gave it to you, they made sure they shook the spoon to only give you a few and a up charge you a dollar and something for honey Walnut shrimp. All the fast food restaurants are really going down not like it used to be
