I had one of the worst experiences here. The food quality was absolutely unacceptable — my french fries had visible mold on them, and the burger smelled off before I even took a bite. I don’t understand how something like this can even make it out of the kitchen. It honestly made me question the hygiene standards of the entire place. The staff didn’t seem to take the issue seriously either, brushing it off like it was nothing. For a place that’s supposed to be fast, reliable, and safe to eat at, this was a huge disappointment. I definitely won’t be coming back after this.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to thank Diana. She was extremely friendly, respectful, and made me feel welcomed right away. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, especially at a fast-paced place like McDonald’s. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back!

The most important thing is that they NEVER tell you that the order is ready, made and lying down. You come up to ask, there's no one to ask. The fries might have ended up being hot, but by the time I took them, they were already cold. They ordered Mango Pineapple Refresher, but they didn't have juice bubble, and they basically sold regular lemonade for the price of a special drink. There were no wipes. There was no Creamy chili sauce.

Very bad food, never go to mcdonald again. Very very bad. I order mcchicken no sauce nothing no taste. Very bad. Hope management will take action.
