I arrived at10 PM at this chipotle looking for dinner when I walked in All the protein was out and dry needed to be replaced for representative offered me the dried up protein. I decline and walked out. I could not spend 15 $20 here with poor Service.

I WILL NOT be returning to this location. You can read some of the other comments about the staff just standing there running their mouths and when you say something get rude with you. Stopped by yesterday afternoon...stood there NO OTHER CUSTOMERS taking their sweet time to get to me. When the server finished, announced my 3 tacos as she slides them toward the register and I'm wating...waiting....waiting...they're still chit chatting by the way...held my anger in...finally said SOMEONE ring me up. This place is a mess. One person working the kitchen while four employees stand around the drive-thru talking instead of helping. I ordered a burrito bowl and got a bowl of soup — all liquid, no veggies, and they tried to “fix” it by dumping cheese on top. This has been happening for two months straight. Lazy staff, terrible portions, and zero quality control. Not worth the money anymore.

This place was great is slowly getting worst and worst the amount of food you get for what you pay is not enough I get that prices have gone up and things have change that doesn't mean skimp the customer that's wrong all together. Do better treat customers as customers and serve people as they should be served if I ask for a bowl it needs to be a bowl filled with food not skimped.
