I observed a staff member handling food, drinks, cup lids, and bagging items without wearing gloves. I discreetly mentioned this, and she responded defensively, saying, “Who, me?” She then spoke in another language and concluded in English by saying, “She’s crazy.” I believe she was the manager. While it was clear she was working hard, proper sanitation and professional conduct should be upheld, especially when a concern is discreetly raised by a customer. This location has 2 drive thru's. The Left hand menu board has been out since last summer! The staff continually allow the incorrect vehicle in line to place their order and get in front of you. When I complain, the staff they ignore me and ask, "May I have your order" They NEVER acknowledge the issue. To add insult to injury it is very common for their drive thru order to take longer than 10-15 minutes to place and receive your drive thru order. This is without any other cars in line and no one in the store. I'm done. I will not be back to that McDonalds ever again!

Ivandra displayed unprofessional and discourteous behavior that reflects a serious lack of customer service. After placing my order through the ordering screen, I waited in line without receiving any response. Upon reaching the service window, she refused to take my order and stated that she would contact the police, despite the fact that I was calm, respectful, and posed no threat whatsoever. When I requested to speak with another manager, she informed me that she was the only manager available.
