Went there for a doordash at 5:50pm and did not recieve my order til around 6:40 pm there were other people waiting for their orders too. I had to ask 3 times for my order. Person in charge appears to be a hispanic female who could not keep her cool. When asked about my order all i got was “im not making online orders” however, kenny was on top of things whenever i needed help. He should be getting a raise. Seems to be the only one who actually cared about their job

I had an issue here with my portions and the teriyaki not even cut all the way through and I went back in and told them my concern and Kathy the manager was nice to give me an extra portion of protein and she gave me a free appetizer and also a free drink. Thank you, Kathy for resolving The issue with my food.

I love going to this Panda Express but over the years the quality of the food has dropped. Service is amazing, the people working are great at their job and that’s fine but the food is terrible. The cream cheese ragoons taste like old oil, the chow mein is dry and has no sauce no anything on it. Just noodles and cabbage. The fried rice is the same color as the white rice because it has no flavor besides any vegetables. It used to be good and isn’t anymore, I recommend not coming to this Panda Express or just skipping it in general. Too expensive for the way it looks and tastes
