Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I went in intending to order Refreshers, and while I was placing my order at the kiosk, an employee looked directly at us and informed us in a laughing, unprofessional tone that they only had ice cream and coffee available. There was no sign posted anywhere stating that Refreshers or other menu items were unavailable, so customers had no way of knowing before attempting to order. The customer service at this Dunkin’ is consistently disappointing. The employees almost always seem to have an attitude, and if you come in a few minutes before closing—even while they’re still open—you get rushed through your order and treated like you’re an inconvenience. Drinks are made with obvious frustration instead of professionalism, making customers feel unwelcome. If the staff doesn’t want to serve customers during posted business hours, management should address the issue because it’s a terrible experience. I won’t be returning.

ALWAYS forgetting something to an order. Absolutely absurd how often they forget. I’ve worked in fast food during my college days and my goodness it’s not hard to read a ticket. Do better.
