I sometimes visit this Dunkin Donuts. I would rather go to the Mansfield location because they give me more coffee. When I say lite ice they give me more. I came through and asked for no ice and got a little over half full cup of cold coffee. What I received was not a large cup of coffee. I hate that don't fill up my cup. I have went here multiple times. I will go that way today and post another picture to see what my coffee looks like today. I am also sending this to corporate. This store need a visitation from corporate. The picture shows how this came out of their drive thru window.

My girlfriend and I were out running errands and looking for a place to eat, and we settled on Dunkin'. I haven't been to Dunkin in a while, and I was ecstatic about the idea. We pulled into the drive-thru and saw one of the workers sitting out behind the store. Once we pulled up, the worker went back inside the store. When our order was being taken, the person was barely audible. My girlfriend and I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese and the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches. I went through the drive thru this morning and the girl was quick to take my order. Pulled up to the window and she informs me she is the only one there that he other person just quit. OK no problem she's having a bad day but still cordial. I get my order which was a bagel with strawberry cream cheese. It was burnt and barely any cream cheese. I won't go back because it's always something at this place.

It has been a month or so when I had placed an early morning oder thru the app. When I went to go pick up. No one was at the store. Someone was parked but refused to acknowledge that I was there. I notified the store of the situation through email. No response and no compensation for my order. Avoid if possible.
