I ordered one crunchy taco with extra lettuce. They tried to charge me $3.88. When I asked why they said it was $.79 for extra lettuce. You’re really going to charge Customers for an entire head of iceberg lettuce? You can literally only fit a few more strands on the taco and you’re going to charge a customer 79 more cents? That’s 30% of the taco price for a few strands of lettuce. The rich get richer off the poor. I’ll take my business to fast taco where they offer steak chicken and don’t nickel and dime customers. I order from this taco casa all the time through doordash. Once a week. Every order since moving to new building has been wrong every week they are missing not just one item, multiple. Their phone number don't work so you can't call them. Even leaving messages on tickets don't help. Used to loooove this Casa. But whoever in there now working line does not pay attention to anything. So sick of missing multiple items from my order every week!!!!! Also, their meat has been way more greasy also. I don't know what's going on but they need to get it together!!!
