Taco Casa is known for the cheese. They should just call it Cheese Casa or Taco Cheese. They just mowed everything up with cheese and lots of it. This location opens early at 10 AM. That's great because my wife wanted Mexican eats and Taco Casa right there waiting for us. It was good too.

VERY RARELY do I give a rating and review to a "fast food" establishment, however this restaurant needs to be mentioned. If you frequented Taco Bell back in the 70's then you will recognized menu items that Taco Bell phased out in lieu of their "new" menu. Taco Casa has got your old favorites and they are good. Now not everything they have is the way I would prepare it, but the quality is there. Their Enchilada sauce is not my favorite, but that doesn't mean it isn't good.
