I like this café chain because you can build your own bowl and choose exactly what you want. It’s a convenient and customizable option for a quick meal. Everything today was fresh and hot, and overall quite tasty. The only downside for me was that the food was pretty spicy. I understand that Chipotle Mexican Grill is a Mexican-style restaurant and the flavors are meant to have some heat, but it would be nice to have more mild options for people who don’t enjoy spicy food. It’s a busy area. Popular stop among travelers. Plenty of parking but it can get busy. You can order ahead or dine-in. The app + promos are accepted. I ordered a burrito and a bowl, both were packed with ingredients. They do ran out of certain proteins and you will have to wait a little over 15 minutes. It was rush hour but trash was overflowing, seems to be the norm here. 2 unisex bathrooms available.

Super friendly staff, lots of choices, Food was good, although the rice, beans and meat ratio could use more meat.. Toilets were clean, but the litter box was full and needed some attention. The restaurant was clean and nice. It didn't was what I expected with the name 'grill restaurant', but the burrito was awesome.
