I had a very frustrating experience with my recent visit. I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup at 8:30 PM, expecting the process to be quick and convenient. Instead, when I arrived at the drive-thru around 8:45 PM, I was told to pull forward and wait in the front parking area. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead through the app. The whole idea of using mobile ordering—especially for drive-thru—is to have the food ready or at least significantly reduce wait time. We placed a mobile order for takeout and requested ketchup with our order. When the food arrived, I asked the employee if ketchup had been included. She responded with a dismissive attitude, questioning why I was asking, and stated it “should be” before walking away. Upon checking the order, no ketchup was included. That said, the food itself was good. Recently, McDonald’s has been consistently delivering quality food that stands out—noticeably better than what I’ve experienced at East Coast locations.

It's good since I was a kid but everytime not expensive for a fast food chain plus it's ridiculous that I ordered 4 burgers, 1 large soda, 1 large coffee and large fries and they limit the sauces (ranch, honey mustard, etc.) to only 1, because they are only for nuggets, really? Unbelievable; plus bad attitude from the lady I must say. It's not that I asked for 10, only asked for 2. Only fast food location in the world on which it has happened to me.
