Good food. Well-crafted sips. Terrific vibes! My lunch was extra good because of the wonderful people who make this more than a place to eat — they’re authentic and embracing here. And the decor and wall hangings will have you step back into yesteryear. I’ve always passed by here because it tends to be extremely busy due to its location and popularity. This afternoon I am happy I was able to break bread here. By the way, you may receive a free hug 🫶🏽

Awesome place! The staff was amazing the second we walked, we brought our dog Milo and the waiter already had a treat and fresh bowl of water for him,which was so sweet. All the staff were on it and very nice and welcoming! The food was very good! Highly recommend!

A neighborhood favorite on Capitol Hill, Mr Henry's has been there for decades. Pretty good pub food, though nothing out of the ordinary -- but they do have nightly specials, and they make their own potato chips. Options for vegetarians and vegans: my friend loves their blue cheese veggie burger. Old-timey Victorian pub atmosphere, and the staff are extremely friendly. They have a popular happy hour. You can see why this place is well-liked. Prices, though, are high, even by DC standards and especially for a local place.
