I really enjoy Panda Express sometimes this one can be questionable though. Also I have been wanting Panda Express for a little while now and I feel like everytime I go there to get something there an issue that causes me to be unable to get it. Two times they were “out of food” it was like 6pm then went there again today and they weren’t accepting cash only cards and all I had was cash at the point I feel like I’d have better luck somewhere else which is a shame because I really do love the food

I am a huge fan of Panda Express—been to them all over the country. The location in Carbondale is an embarrassment to the corporation. We arrived to order at 9:30pm (10pm close). We were rudely told the kitchen was closed and what they had they had. I ordered one plate and 2 bigger plates. We were charged according to how I ordered. We received 3 plates. Boxes were missing food. My family works very hard for our money and we chose to spend it for a quality meal at this location. However, we were terribly disappointed. Worst experience ever

This establishment is struggling heavily and it shows every time I come here. Servers have to wait for food to come out of the kitchen constantly slowing the service down incredibly hard. End up waiting 20-30 minutes to get food. Takes 10 minutes for someone at the drive thru speaker to be ready to take an order, and when you make it to the window you will get told to pull around and wait another 15-20 minutes to get your food. Good luck trying to avoid the drive thru because you can’t. The staff will lock the door to prevent people from coming into the lobby. Hoping management sees this and
